• Orders $1,000 and up: 1.5% of the order total

Your crypto is processed immediately to complete the order. SP3ND then purchases the item from the retailer and arranges shipment to your address. The whole thing happens pretty quickly.

Yes, your crypto is converted to USD (or the local currency) to complete the purchase. This conversion happens at the time of your order, and you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

If something goes wrong with your payment, you'll get an error message at checkout. The transaction won't go through, so you won't be charged. Check that you have enough balance in your wallet and try again. If you keep running into issues, reach out to our support team.

No. SP3ND doesn't hold your crypto at any point. Your wallet is connected directly for payment, and your funds are only transferred when you confirm an order. After the transaction, there's nothing stored on our end.

Not for most orders. Identity verification is only required for orders $10,000 and above. When it is needed, we'll ask you to provide a government ID. It's a regulatory requirement, but only applies to large purchases.

We screen all wallets for sanctions compliance before processing transactions. This is a standard security measure to protect both you and us.
