  • KYC Verification Providers (Sumsub, Persona): Receive identification documents and selfies for verification of orders exceeding $10,000
  • Email Service Provider (SendGrid): Receives email addresses for sending order confirmations and notifications
  • Backend Infrastructure Providers (Firebase, Supabase): Receive necessary data to maintain our technical infrastructure and services
  • Analytics Providers: Receive anonymized usage data to understand how our Service is used

3.2 Data We Do Not Share

SP3ND does not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not publicly share or disclose wallet addresses. We do not store your cryptocurrency payment credentials, as all payments occur on-chain on the Solana blockchain.

We may disclose your information when required by law, including in response to court orders, government requests, or legal process. We may also disclose information to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

  • Email Address: Retained to send you service communications and maintain customer support history
  • Wallet Address: Retained for compliance and transaction history purposes

  • Analytics Data: Typically retained for 12–24 months before aggregation or deletion
